Georgia's Coast is composed of Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Glynn, Liberty and McIntosh Counties. Included within those counties are the five major rivers that flow to the Atlantic ocean; they are the: Altamaha, Ogeechee, Satilla, Savannah and St. Mary's.
