Coastal Fishing

Coastal Fishing in Georgia

As the crow flies, Georgia’s Coastline is 100 miles of shoreline spanning across 8 major barrier island groups of which only 3 are accessible by car. Undisturbed beaches and incredible fishing awaits the intrepid angler.

However, the real jewel of Georgia’s Coast is the 2300 miles of navigable creeks, coastal rivers and sounds that comprise more than 1/3 of the estuaries on the eastern seaboard. For the waterborne enthusiast and kayak fisherman, Georgia is paradise.

On these pages, we provide you the data on where to launch and how to fish Georgia’s amazing coastal fishery.
