Georgia Kayak Fishing Supporting Membership

When you join GKF, you become a member of a larger community of concerned and active people who love fishing, being outdoors, and take seriously our responsibility as stewards of Georgia water ways and access areas to all Georgia’s lakes, streams, rivers, swamps, and sea shores. Your membership will connect you with a community of kayak anglers, a wide range of resources, events, and activities related to Georgia’s fishing and water resources. Our members are excited about the growth of environmentally conscious kayak fishing, introducing citizens of Georgia, and others, to the beauty and bounty of our state, and in protecting and improving kayak fishing access to waterways that may not traditionally be viewed as ‘navigable’ in the current mindset of many decision makers.

SUPPORTING MEMBER FUNDS ARE USED TO:

  • Keep the Website functional and accessible to members and interested non-members
  • A portion of your membership fee will be donated to GKF’s chosen charity(s) for the season
  • A portion of your membership fee will go into Product for the GKF Annual Meeting Member Raffle (see events)
  • Cover costs for printing pamphlets and promotional materials about Kayak Fishing in Georgia
  • Provide the seed money to coordinate and organize recreational and educational fishing, camping, and paddling events

Supporting Membership – $35

Lifetime Membership – $250
